Manufacturing and Quality
At Cía. de Tabacos Montecarlo S.A., we have industrial infrastructure, selected raw materials and a qualified team for manufacturing cigarettes for domestic and international markets. Our complex has more than 20,000 m² of built floor area, with facilities and automated lines that make up our installed capacity for large-scale production.

Our operations integrate primary processing, including tobacco leaf threshing, conditioning and processing, with secondary processing, covering automated cigarette manufacturing and final packaging. This structure is complemented by in-house filter manufacturing, in-house printing operations and a technology development workshop.
We use SAP information systems to support business management, complementing our industrial infrastructure and operational control procedures.
