We are a tobacco company that began operations in 1996 under the leadership of Mr. Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb, the company’s founder and director. We integrate industrial technology, technical expertise and quality controls throughout our production processes.
Our manufacturing plant is located in Hernandarias, Paraguay. Its location in the heart of South America facilitates regional and international connections. The industrial complex occupies a 266-hectare property and includes more than 20,000 m² of industrial floor space.

Supporting smallholder farmers in Paraguay
Our commitment to Paraguayan family farming
CT Montecarlo supports 112 smallholder farming families in San Pedro through technical assistance and contracts to purchase their entire Burley tobacco crop. During the 2026 season, this production totals 175,000 kg annually.
